From our first meeting I could tell that Tom was an honest contractor who was passionate about his job and genuinely cared about pleasing his customer. After reviewing what had to be done, he gave me an estimate which I felt to be a fair price for the work. Without hesitation, and without asking for any other bids, I gave him the job. Together, Tom and I reviewed each tree, branch by branch, to ensure that we not only got rid of all the dead branches but that we also restored the openness and views I once had.
