Everything went according to plan–Tom, Sebastian and their crew were polite, efficient, and did the job well with no incident. They communicated everything well at the beginning of the process and they kept me informed during the day of how things were going–Including that there was another small dead tree, which we had not seen earlier, leaning on one of the trees being removed. They then took down that tree, as well, at no extra charge (since it was within the window of time for which I had paid).
