Tom and Sebastian – you and your crew are top-notch. You guys made quick work of the 11 pine trees and stumps and it has given our house such an improved curb appeal. I assumed that with all of the heavy equipment we would receive some minor lawn damage, but there was incredibly none at all. My wife and I really appreciated you taking your time with us beforehand to go over all of the trees issues and health which made our decision even easier.
Also, I have to apologize for the miscommunication about the last tree. I called to inquire with Greenpoint tree service regarding cutting a few trees on my property. Thomas returned my message promptly and showed up on time as promised. We walked the property together and he made recommendations that were cost-effective and reasonable. After the walk-through, I received a detailed proposal through email that was within my budget. There were some last-minute changes with regards to a tree on a neighbor’s property and they were able to accommodate on the fly.
Overall the job went perfectly, they were on time, efficient with time, cleaned up after themselves, and were communicating throughout the work day. I would highly recommend Greenpoint tree service.

I’d like to thank you for the recent excellent tree work that you did for me. That you were able to take these trees down under such adverse weather conditions is impressive. You climbed the giant sugar maple in zero-degree weather and left my yards in great shape. When you came back to take down the other trees, you needed that monster truck with the boom. The mats that you brought to create a sort of driveway, protected my lawn and the condition of my yard when the job was done was perfect. I expected much more damage considering the size of the truck that was necessary to do this job. Even my landscaper was impressed! Your professionalism and expertise make you both a pleasure to work with.
